Good add noise settings:
Uniform- 70-90 % noise monochrome
Random- 10-34% noise monochrome

I used the artwork of Anna Ignatieva
You can find her artwork Here

Open element 13, R/S 00%, Images- canvas size 600x600
Select your magic wand click inside of your frame, using
selection tool point to point to get the parts around the rose and swirls
selections- modify- expand by 4, paper5, R/S to 40%, selections-
invert- delete, select none, drag paper layer below your frame

Apply sharpen and D/S to your frame layer, now open your tube
R/S if needed, place off to the side, apply your shadow

On your paper layer inside your frame, i put my tube inside it
changed blend mode to overlay, i erased parts to make it look as if she
was peeking behind the curtain on the paper, then adding radiance

Now it's element time

Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 61, 5, color black
Element96 - 25%
Element25 - 25%
Element83 - 15%
Element36 - 25%
Element69 - 20%
Element39 - 25%
Element35 - 30%
Element21 - 30%
Element92 - 25%

place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
After i merged my tag i added red paw media beautifier plugin
settings: 50, 53, 38, 100, or use settings of choice
Apply your mask- add copyrights, your name save as a PNG
You're done!
