-----------------------
I used the artwork of Martin Abel
You can find his artwork HERE
Tube i used can be found Here
-----------------------

Open template R/S to W: 72% , H 80%
Canvas size set to 650x650
Remove these layers: 13, 5, 4, 7 & copy7

Open tube of choice, R/S if needed
C/P onto canvas, drag in center apply D/S
i used a regular shadow then i used this
-1, -8, 67, 5 color black. or settings of choice

I also applied slight radiance to tube and sharpened

Select raster11  selections all float defloat. open pp1
R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas, invert - delete, select none
apply gradient glow of choice - add noise - drop shadow
Do the same step for copy of raster 11

Select raster8  selections all float defloat. open pp7
R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas, invert - delete, select none
apply gradient glow of choice - add noise - drop shadow
Do the same step for copy of raster 8

Select raster3  selections all float defloat. open pp4
R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas, invert - delete, select none
apply gradient glow of choice - add noise - drop shadow
Do the same step for copy of raster 3

Select raster9  selections all float defloat. open pp12
R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas, invert - delete, select none
apply gradient glow of choice - add noise - drop shadow
Do the same step for copy of raster 9

Select raster10  selections all float defloat. open pp11
R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas, invert - delete, select none
apply gradient glow of choice - add noise - drop shadow
Do the same step for copy of raster 10

Select raster2  selections all float defloat. open 2 pp's 3 & 5
R/S to 80% C/P onto canvas, invert - delete, select none
Do for both papers, delete on each layer too, then using selection tool
divide the circle in half and delete on the side of the paper you want on that side
apply gradient glow of choice - add noise - drop shadow

Open gear R/S to 40% C/P onto canvas, drag on top of the layer 6
Remove layer 6 now place this gear there, do the same for the bottom

Open frame2 R/S to 40% i turned this greyscale
C/P onto canvas, drag above circle layers in the background
duplicate and mirror - flip so the bottom is matching - D/S

Select raster 12 selections all float defloat - open tube of choice
C/P onto canvas, drag inside marching ants - insert - delete, select none
Turn tube greyscale, apply slight radiance - settings of choice
lower opacity down to 54% or settings of choice

Apply PhotoEffex - scanlines - i used default settings
apply outer glow - add noise - drop shadow

Now it's element time

Elements i used and the resized %
Using this drop shadow: 0, 0, 61, 6, color black
Gun - 40%
Bullets - 20%
Skull1 - 20%
Bullet Holes - 40%
Gas Mask - 25%
Cuppy - 20%
Bomb2 - 25%
Bomb1 - 20%
Bomb3 - 20%
Skull3 - 20%
Blood - 45%

place elements where you want, or use my tag as a guide.
Apply your mask, copyrights,  add your name save as a PNG
I applied beautifier to the whole tag, setting of choice

You're done!
